About Me
Personally
I’m a working mother of two young boys, so I have a lot on my plate but not a lot of time to get everything done. My dog doesn’t get as much attention from me as she used to and my husband probably has the same complaint. I am addicted to Diet Coke from McDonald’s and watching The Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights. I love to read but lately the books in my library tend to be about a furry red Sesame Street character (at least it’s not Barney!) or anything with trains in it. Did I mention I have two sons?!
Professionally
I have 15 years of marketing experience, and am the President of the AMA-Milwaukee chapter. I’ve worked for companies big and small, agencies and corporations. For the most part my background is in b-to-b but I do have a bit of b-to-c experience. Branding and corporate communications were my focus at my last employer, and social media is what my current employer is all about. As a result, I recently joined the Milwaukee Interactive Marketing Association to expand my knowledge (and contacts) in that area.
So there you have it. Now you know a bit about me both personally and professionally. Hope you enjoy my blog!

About this blog
The Daily Krier is running commentary on what's happening in my life on a regular basis. I write about things that interest me -- my family, my hobbies, my career in marketing. The blog was born from my interest in writing, my need to become more involved in all things related to social media, and my desire to start on my personal brand. The blog title is a play on my last name. It's technically pronounced "kreer" but everyone pronounces it as "cry-er". The mis-pronounciation lends itself extremely well to the title, don't you think?

Thanks for your comment. I head up marketing for my current employer who does recruitment process outsourcing. Regarding the Interactive Marketing Association, I’m not sure if it’s a national organization or not. I joined the Milwaukee chapter just a couple of months ago so I’m still getting my feet wet with them. I looked at your website and I’d actually like to learn more about SafetyNet. Can we connect offline?
