I’ve decided to get back into the swing of blogging regularly. I know the benefits it provides to my personal brand, to readership, etc., yet I’ve been finding it challenging to find the time and the topics.  Yes, there are lots of things I could blog on but as I think about how this blog impacts my public persona as a marketing professional, I want to strike a balance between professional topics and personal topics.  As I mentioned in yesterday’s blog post, I was at the Social Recruiting Summit in New York earlier this week and the first speaker talked about how he blogs daily.  I admire that kind of commitment and strive to do the same.  So like with any activity, will it become a habit if I keep this up for three weeks?  Will I have gotten into the groove and will it have become second nature?  I guess time will tell. Here goes…..
