Not long ago I blogged about my use of Techrigy to monitor what was being said about my employer.  As a result of blogging, Techrigy doubled the # of results I can receive, which was publicized on their site.  Not only did they deliver what they promised, but they responded quickly and I received not one, but two emails from reps with their company.  One was to confirm that they had doubled the # of results, but the second one made it clear they had read my actual blog post because the person gave me tips for getting more focused results.  I was really impressed with that.  They didn’t need to do that, but they did.  As I compare vendors, Techrigy definitely gets bonus points for that.  Great customer service!
