I received an email today listing several upcoming webinar opportunities on the topic of social media. One in particular appealed to me so I clicked through to the registration page where I entered the standard information (name, title, company, # of employees, etc.). When I got to the end of the registration form there was a nifty little button enabling me to tweet the fact that I had just signed up for the webinar and giving me the option of adding any text to the tweet. How cool! What better way to spread the word than to have registrations tweet that they’ve just registered! I want that option for the webinars my company offers. Stay tuned for progress on that front.
The Daily Krier is running commentary on what's happening in my life on a regular basis. I write about things that interest me -- my family, my hobbies, my career in marketing. The blog was born from my interest in writing, my need to become more involved in all things related to social media, and my desire to start on my personal brand. The blog title is a play on my last name. It's technically pronounced "kreer" but everyone pronounces it as "cry-er". The mis-pronounciation lends itself extremely well to the title, don't you think?
