As America’s involvement in war continues across various parts of the globe, it’s important to take a moment and remember those who gave their lives for our country and those who fought in the past or continue to serve today.  My father and grandfather both served in the military and my husband’s cousin continues to actively serve today.  No matter if you agree or disagree with the US sending troops to the Middle East and other places, those serving in this capacity deserve a day to honor and remember them.
